How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding US holidays.
When will I receive my order?
All domestic orders are currently shipped using USPS (priority mail, first class package service, or retail ground). According to the USPS website priority mail ships in 1-3 business days, first class package ships in 1-3 business days, and retail ground ships in 2-8 business days.
*Please note that shipping times do not include processing times.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been processed an email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide during check out. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you have received it by email.
Can I change/cancel an order I've placed?
Once an order has been placed it can not be modified or cancelled.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Items can be returned/exchanged if they are in brand new, unused condition within 14 days. For our return process and more information on our policy please head over to our return and exchange page here.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally using USPS First Class Package International Service. Tracking information is not always available depending on the destination country. Also, ANY additional charges or fees that are required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently except Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I care for my shirt?
To care for our Plastic Pizza shirt’s: wash them in cold water with like colors, tumble dry low, and do not use an iron on the image.
To care for our Johnny Cupcake Collaboration shirt wash them inside out in cold water and hang to dry.
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, an order can not be changed or modified in any way after being placed so double check that the address is correct before checking out.
What do I do if I get my order and something is wrong?
If you receive your order and there has been a mistake please contact us at customerservice@theplasticpizza.com within 5 days so we can help correct the issue for you.
Do you offer price adjustments for past transactions?
We do not offer any price adjustments for past transactions. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.
